It happened to Hunter Page last August 2013, his account was hacked (?) by his friend and announced his passing away. Duncan Black confirmed he was alive. And, as of this writing, Hunter Page is still using his supposedly hacked account.
Yesterday, Duncan Wade, who worked for Corbin Fisher and Randy Blue, had a tweet written by someone else that he will be missed.
It seems believable since there was a tweet last January 03, 2014 that he was in the hospital trying to sort out health issues.
