I’ve only had one director for Men require testing for all performers ( condom shoots ).
I’m all for testing but the organization behind PASS and their affiliate companies to implement it absolutely disgusts me to no end.

What disgusts me to no end is performancers rights being taken away based on reverse discrimination.

But is that the reason why So and So studio doesn’t test for a scene? Testing alone takes a huge chunk out of the studios’ budget especially at the prices the “Mafia” is charging. If I’m not mistaken, cost was the reason given when a smaller studio went back to only condoms.

If the studio is worried about budget then just have the models pay for the tests like on the straight side. To have the opportunity to work for said company I would pay for my own test and have the reassurance to know my scene partner is tested as well.

And that’s when you lose all the gay models. I absolutely refuse to pay for TT & their ass backwards business practices. My doctor’s office charges 4x less for more extensive & accurate testing w/ faster turn around. I also don’t have to worry about my samples being contaminated.

This whole thing was a month-long Twitter argument last year that concluded that the straight & gay industries should remain separated w/ gay industry having its own system because culturally they are different and forcing one or the other to change would be discriminatory.

I can respect where you’re coming from but a lot of your responses seem resentful, emotionally based and biased. How about we can agree to disagree. I love who you are regardless of our differences in views. ?
