  1. I think that was just an editing mistake, they meant to have the title in the video say Nego. As you know the people who work at these porn websites commonly make spelling mistakes with names. It’s annoying, especially when someone goes between sites using the same name. Inevitably it will be at some point misspelled.

  2. I’m surprised that you guys here at Men of Porn would be trolling. We get enough from the viewers of this site when there’s people of color in some of your post. Why cause a stir, there’s enough crap going on and coming up.

  3. This sounds like cultural blindness to me. In Spanish, “negro”, with the “e” pronounced as in “errands”, means (the color) black, and it’s not uncommon for men with a darker skin tone (like the guy getting blown) to be called “el negro” by their group of friends, or even family members. There’s an entirely different conversation going on about race in Latin America ATM, but in general terms it’s still a pretty innocuous nickname before translation, so I’d say it’s likely they thought nothing of it until someone pointed out the racist connotations the word has in English.

  4. If it is Negro, it’s a common nickname in Spanish. And so is Blanca. In English it would be Blackie and Whitey. Has nothing to do with race.

  5. Negro doesn´t have a negative connotation everywhere, in fact in my country (Argentina, not completely sure about the rest of Latin America) its often used as a term of endearment for children or loved ones (The equivalent to calling someone Honey or Pumpkin). So, depending where the people who make this are from, it might be the case that there is 0% racist intention in the name (they might have changed it later to appeal to the American audience tho)

  6. Negro -like Gordo or Flaco- is a common nickname /endearment term in Spanish-speaking countries. Stop the pearl clutching.

  7. First up, you have to be latinx to understand that our way to call someone “negro” isn’t as disrespectful as using the n word in the US. And it varies from country to country. In Argentina “negri” is used in the “gurl” sense. In Andean countries you are the “negro” one in your group if you are darker skinned than them, but it’s not used as an insult.

  8. Probably editor messed up. Nego translates as Biz. But it wouldn’t be wrong if he was named Negro. For us latinos, being nicknamed negro isn’t an insult. Even your direct family can call you negro if you are the dark skinned member.

  9. Negro means black in Spanish. This guy is basic looking so who cares? Nope not offended at all. I think some of those SJW types got to pick their battles. This isn’t it.

  10. I realize it’s likely just a typo, but what struck me is that he’s *barely* negro, he could possibly even vote in Georgia.
