If Diego Sans can still film for Men with condom use, why can’t Paddy O’Brian?

The latest update at Men is the condom scene of Diego Sans with Jay Seabrook as his 100++ bottom.

I did assume that Paddy O’Brian left Men last year due to bareback since he is now filming for his own fan site with condom use.

There must be another reason or Diego can get away with it.
