Hugh Hunter has declined his nominations in the upcoming GayVN awards this coming January 21, 2018. He is against the Best Ethnic Scene which puts blacks, Latins & Asians into one category instead of putting them toe to toe under Best Scene.
The @gayvn awards announce nominations including a BEST ETHNIC SCENE category for black, Latin, and Asian models. Meanwhile none are nominated as best actor or supporting actor.

I appreciate all tactics for ending racism in gay porn, but guys if you really want to protest racism, refusing to work for racist producers even though $$$ is on the line is probably a better way to make it happen.

UPDATE From GAYVN “In response to concerns raised by members of the adult community, AVN Media Network is making a significant change to the 2018 GayVN Awards nominations. Effective immediately, the category of Best Ethnic Scene has been merged with Best Duo Scene. All nominees in both categories will be in the running for a single award.”
