Until its revealed what caused his death, it would be prudent not to speculate. Inless you were his actual physician, in which case, your comments would be deeply unethical.
It appears now he suffered a true “cardiac event” , instead of dying in his sleep, but there is no autopsy or confirmation yet.
Roids could have done anything from creating a blood clot to enlarging his heart. Apparently he posted a work out video the week before and seemed fine.

RIP big guy. I’m not going into my speculations of his death. I’m just sorry he lost his life and I hope his family and friends are able to cope and heal soon.
